The Council of the Municipality of Delchevo at its regular 34th Session adopted the Strategy for External Communication for the period 2020-2024, which registered the Municipality of Delchevo as the first municipality in the Far East to work strategically in the field of external communication.<\/span><\/p>\n

The document contains all the elements that the institution should follow in terms of maintaining external communication, along with a short section on crisis communication that is essential when implementing public relations. <\/span><\/p>\n

This strategy defines the system of conveying a clear message to the target public, unites all communication resources and communication capacities of the Municipality of Delchevo, provides control over communication methods, measures the results of communications and provides planned and effective overcoming of key weaknesses and shortcomings in the area. of public relations. The advisors also adopted the Annual Program for promotion and communication with the public for 2020, in which part of the Action Plan is implemented, which is an integral part of the External Communication Strategy.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

At today's session, the councilors made a decision <\/span>for exemption from participation of Roma children aged three to six years for residence in the Kindergarten OJUDG "Veseli Cvetovi" Delchevo for the period from 1.01.2020 to 31.08.2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

The councilors adopted several work programs, including: the Annual Work Program of the Council of the Municipality of Delchevo, the Program for preparation of urban plans of the Municipality of Delchevo for 2020, the Work Program of PCE "Bregalnica" for 2020; Program for maintaining public cleanliness of the Municipality of Delchevo for 2020; Program for marking events and cultural events for 2020, Work Program of JLB "Ilinden".<\/span><\/p>\n

The councilors also made a decision i<\/span>a<\/span> approval<\/span> financial<\/span> funds<\/span> \u043d\u0430<\/span> JKP<\/span> "Komunalec" from Pehchevo, where during a fire in auxiliary rooms burned a large part of the equipment and tools of the company. With this Decision, the Municipality of Delchevo will assist the Company with funds in the amount of 60,000 denars which will be paid from the Budget of the Municipality of Delchevo for 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n
