The Municipal \u2013 useful work program in the Municipality of Delchevo this year will be implemented through two projects: Social Services for All and Care for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities.
\nIn the project Social Services for all will be engaged a total of 11 unemployed people for a period of 7 and 9 months. Their engagement is planned to start from 01.09.2020, and the unemployed will be hired on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week, for which they will receive financial compensation in the amount of 9,000 denars per month with paid personal tax and accident insurance. at work and occupational disease.
\nWithin this project, three activities will be implemented:
\n\u2013 Educational assistants in the primary school "St. Kliment Ohridski" where 3 people will be hired and
\n\u2013 Improving the care in the Day Care Center for people with special needs with 3 people engaged and
\n\u2013 Mobile team for visiting the elderly and infirm and people with disabilities in which 5 people will be hired.<\/p>\n
Eligible to participate in the program are all unemployed persons registered with the Employment Agency, who belong to vulnerable groups of the population, including social assistance beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of cash benefits will continue to be entitled to cash benefits until the end of the engagement, while beneficiaries of social assistance will continue to receive financial assistance during the work engagement. Persons should belong to one of the following target groups of unemployed persons:
\n\u2013 Long-term unemployed (over 12 months on record);
\n\u2013 Young people up to 29 years old;
\n\u2013 Persons older than 50 years;
\n\u2013 GMP users;
\n\u2013 Unemployment benefit beneficiaries;
\n\u2013 Persons with orphan status and parental care;
\n\u2013 Victims of Domestic Violence;
\n\u2013 Persons belonging to the Roma ethnic community;
\n\u2013 Single parents;
\n\u2013 Parents of children with disabilities;
\n\u2013 Parents of 3 or more children.<\/p>\n
The total budget of this project is 918,000 denars. and that 597,600 denars. funds provided by UNDP for salaries for the hired persons and 149,400 denars from the budget of the Municipality of Delchevo for personal tax and insurance in case of accident at work and occupational disease.
\nThe number of end users that will be served by the 11 hired persons this year will be 36.<\/p>\n
In the project Care for the elderly and people with disabilities, a total of 7 people will be engaged, 6 people as caregivers for care for the elderly and 1 educator-motivator in the Daily Center for people with disabilities.
\nThe engagement will be part-time of 20 hours per week for a period of 7 months starting from 01.09.2020. The hired persons will receive monetary compensation in the amount of 9000 denars per month with paid personal tax and insurance in case of an accident at work and occupational disease.
\nInterested unemployed persons registered with the Employment Agency should belong to one of the following target groups of unemployed persons:
\n\u2013 Roma;
\n\u2013 GMP Users;
\n\u2013 People with disabilities<\/p>\n
The number of end users in this project will be 37 people.<\/p>\n
The budget of this project is 441,000 denars.
