Based on Article 39 paragraph 2 and Article 48 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of RM" no. 5\/2002), as well as Article 25 paragraph 2 of the Statute of the Municipality of Delchevo ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Delchevo" No. 15\/2013), the President of the Council of the Municipality of Delchevo on 23.09.2020, adopted<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>for convening the 45th regular session on <\/span>The Council of the Municipality of Delchevo<\/span><\/p>\n

I<\/span><\/p>\n

I convene the 45th session of the Council of the Municipality of Delchevo.<\/span>The session will be held on 30.09.2020 (Wednesday) at 14:00 in the lobby of the ASNOM Delchevo Memorial House.<\/span><\/p>\n

I propose the following for the session<\/span><\/p>\n
