Pursuant to Article 17, Article 23 paragraph (1) and paragraph (5) and Article 25 paragraph (1) of the Law on Labor Relations - Consolidated Text (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 167\/2015), Article 50 paragraph 1 line 14 of The Law on Local Self-Government (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 05\/2002) and Article 11 of the Law on Firefighting - Consolidated Text (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 168\/2017), the Mayor of the Municipality of Delchevo adopted<\/p>\n

DECISION <\/strong>For selection of candidates for public announcement for employment of Firefighter - Head of fire service<\/strong>\u00a0in TPPE of the Municipality of Delchevo<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. With this Decision, and in accordance with the proposed ranking list of candidates for selection of one (1) executor according to Public announcement for employment for the position of Firefighter-Head of fire service in TPPE of the Municipality of Delchevo with no. 2\/2019 and with archive number 04- 1716\/1 of 29.10.2020, is elected DIMITAR VAN\u0427O POSTOLOVSKI <\/strong>with EMBG 2809994492501<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0for the position of Firefighter - Head of the fire service in TPPE - Delchevo with the title of Firefighter - Head of the fire service and code of the job UPR0402B15000.<\/li>\n
  2. The selected candidate has an obligation within one year from the day of employment, to obtain a certificate for the acquired qualification of firefighter, issued by an institution authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the RSM, otherwise the employment is presented to him.<\/li>\n
  3. An employment relationship will be established with the appointed person after the finality of this Decision.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Explanation<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Municipality of Delchevo on the bulletin board and the website of the municipality and in the daily newspapers Nova Makedonija, Sloboden Pecat and Koha, published a Public Announcement No. 1\/2020 with archive number 04-1716 \/ 1 from 28.10.2020 to fill the position of Firefighter- Head of fire service in TPPE of the Municipality of Delchevo, one (1) executor.<\/p>\n

    With Decision 04-1716 \/ 2 from 29.10.2020, the Mayor established a Selection Commission for Public Announcement no.04-11716 \/ 1 from 28.10.2020.<\/p>\n

    After the conducted procedure for administrative selection, the Commission determined with the Minutes with archive number 04-1716 \/ 7 from 06.11.2020 that the candidate meets the conditions, and the further phase of the procedure of the candidate is continued.<\/p>\n

    The Selection Committee conducted an interview procedure, determined the Minutes with archive number 04-1716 \/ 9 from 09.11.2020 and prepared the Final rank of candidates with a proposal for employment with archive number 04-1716 \/ 10 from 09.11.2020 and submitted it. to the Mayor of the Municipality of Delchevo with the selected candidate Dimitar Vanco Postolovski with personal identification number 2809994492501.<\/p>\n

    The selected candidate has an obligation within one year from the day of employment, to obtain a certificate for the acquired qualification of firefighter, issued by an institution authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of RSM, otherwise the employment is presented to him<\/p>\n

    Based on the above, it was decided as in the enacting clause of this Decision.<\/p>\n

    LEGAL ADVICE: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    An appeal may be filed against this Decision within 8 (eight) days from the day of receipt of the Decision to the State Commission for deciding in the administrative procedure and the employment procedure in the second instance.<\/p>\n
