Regular excellent students from II, III and IV in the academic year 2020\/2021, with continuous average excellent success from 4.50 to 5.00 and with exemplary behavior<\/p>\n<p>1.2. Students whose parents are unemployed, with low monthly incomes or recipients of social assistance.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00a0The Commission for awarding student scholarships determined the following criteria with points, for awarding 10 (ten) scholarships from item 1 of the competition:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.1.1 Continuous average excellent success (4.50 to 5.00)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>continuous excellent success (5.00) -30 points<\/li>\n<li>continuous excellent success (from 4.50 to 4.99) - 25 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1.1.2.Do not impose any pedagogical measure against the student (total 10 points)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>exemplary behavior (up to 10 unjustified absences) -10 points<\/li>\n<li>for each unjustified the total number of previously won points is reduced by 0.5 points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1.2.1 The family-material position of the student<\/p>\n<p>The following sub-criteria have been established for this criterion:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Family without any income \u2013 60 points;<\/li>\n<li>Family without any income and whose members are not registered with the Employment Agency \u2013 55 points;<\/li>\n<li>Family with incomes up to 3,100.00 denars per family member \u2013 55 points;<\/li>\n<li>Family with incomes from 3,101.00 to 4,600.00 denars per family member \u2013 50 points;<\/li>\n<li>Family with incomes from 4,601.00 to 6,2,500.00 denars per family member \u2013 45 points;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>The Municipality of Delchevo will award 8 (eight) scholarships to students from the high school &quot;MM Brico&quot; Delchevo who have achieved particularly high success in learning, who meet the following requirements:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2.1 Regular students from II, III and IV year in the academic year 2020\/2021, with continuous average excellent success from 4.50 to 5.00 and with exemplary behavior<\/p>\n<p>2.2. Students who have won at least one prize in an individual category in the previous year for winning first, second or third place in national or regional competitions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The Commission for awarding student scholarships determined the following criteria with points, for awarding 8 (eight) scholarships from item 2 of the competition:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>2.1.1 Continuous great success (4.50-5.00)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>-continuous excellent success 5.00 \u2013 60 points<\/li>\n<li>-continuous excellent success 90 \u2013 58.8 points<\/li>\n<li>-continuous excellent success80 \u2013 57.6<\/li>\n<li>-continuous excellent success70 \u2013 56.4<\/li>\n<li>-continuous excellent success60 \u2013 55.2<\/li>\n<li>-continuous excellent success50 \u2013 54<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.1.2 No pedagogical measure has been pronounced against the student (total 10 points)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>exemplary behavior state competition \u2013 35 points<\/li>\n<li>for winning third place in individual category in state competition \u2013 30 points<\/li>\n<li>for winning first place in individual category in regional competition \u2013 25 points<\/li>\n<li>for winning second place in individual category in the regional competition \u2013 20 points<\/li>\n<li>for winning third place in individual category in regional competition \u2013 15 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>NECESSARY DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>For awarding student scholarships from item 1 of the competition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a employed family members for the month of November 2020 or for the last month of 2020 for which the salary was taken;<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of full-time student for family members who are pupils or students;<\/li>\n<li>Certificate for unemployed family members from the Employment Agency;<\/li>\n<li>Certificate from the Center for Social Affairs if a member is a beneficiary of social or permanent scholarships<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All necessary documents are submitted to the Archive of the Municipality of Delchevo, every working day from 7.30 to 17.30 or by mail to the address:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Municipality of Delchevo, st. &quot;Svetozar Markovic&quot; No. 1, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>marked &quot;for student scholarships for excellent students&quot; for students applying for item 1 of the competition <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>and with the indication &quot;for student scholarships for students with special success&quot; for students who apply for item 2 of the competition;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>The submitted documents after the Competition are reviewed by a Commission formed by the Mayor of the Municipality of Delchevo;<\/li>\n<li>Incomplete documents or documents submitted after the competition deadline will not be considered;<\/li>\n<li>The amount of the scholarships from item 1 of the competition will be 1,000 denars per month, and the amount of the scholarship from item 2 of the competition will be 1,500 denars per month, and will be awarded for 9 months starting from January 2021;<\/li>\n<li>Scholarships are non-refundable;<\/li>\n<li>The competition lasts 15 days from the day of the announcement and the application deadline is from 23.11.2020 to 07.12.2020;<\/li>\n<li>The competition will be announced on the bulletin board in the Municipality of Delchevo, the high school &quot;MM Brico&quot; Delchevo, the regional media and the website of the
