With the dislocation of the underground infrastructure at the location provided for the construction of the city chapel at the city cemetery in Delchevo, the economic operator "PANEL-M Mehaz" DOOEL from Tetovo, today began the preparatory work for the construction of the city chapel. According to the Agreement signed after the conducted public procurement for "Construction of ancillary and service facilities at the cemetery morgue-KAPELA with refrigerator and auxiliary rooms in Delchevo", the economic operator should build the facility in 10 months.
The project envisages construction of ancillary and service facilities in the cemetery – chapel – morgue with refrigerator and auxiliary rooms. The building is planned with a maximum height of up to 8.5 meters. Within the plot, parking spaces for 16 light vehicles are provided, as well as access for the vehicle for carrying the coffin to the morgue and a pedestrian path for employees and visitors, as well as park greenery. The morgue – chapel is planned as a rectangular building with dimensions 17.5 / 12.3 meters and a total area of 190.42 m2 with all ancillary rooms and chamber.
The investment is worth 6,902,121.20 denars including VAT, and the funds are provided from the Budget of the Municipality of Delchevo.
