The Municipality of Delchevo today announced the competitions for awarding municipal scholarships for pupils and students. According to the competitions, the Municipality of Delchevo this year will award 28 scholarships for students in two categories. Scholarships are non-refundable and will be paid for a period of nine months starting in January 2021. The amount of the scholarship depends on the category to which the high school student applies, ie 1,000 denars per month for the first category and 1,500 denars per month for the second, while the amount of scholarships for students is 2000 denars per month for the first category and 3,500 denars per month for the second category.
This year, the Municipality of Delchevo awarded 18 student scholarships in two categories.
In the first category 10 student scholarships are provided for excellent students from II, III and IV year in the academic year 2020/2021 year, with continuous average excellent success from 4.50 to 5.00 and with exemplary behavior and students whose parents are unemployed, with low monthly income or recipients of social assistance. The amount of the scholarship is 1,000 denars per month, and will be awarded for 9 months starting from January 2020;
In the second category, The Municipality of Delchevo awarded 8 scholarships to students from the high school "MM Brico" Delchevo who achieved particularly high success in learning that meet the requirements to be regular students from II, III and IV year in the school year 2020/2021 year, with continuous average excellent success from 4.50 to 5.00 and with exemplary behavior, as well as students who in the previous school year won at least one award in a single category for winning first, second or third place in national or regional competitions. The amount of the scholarship is 1,500 denars per month, and it is awarded for 9 months starting from January 2021 year;
This year it was awardedουν 10 scholarships for students studying at state universities in РRepublic of Northern Macedonia, in two categories.
In the first category, Municipality of Delchevo dseparates 6 scholarships for full-time students of all study years, except I (first), who are residents of the Municipality of Delchevo and study at state universities in RSM, and are full-time students with continuous success over 8.00 who did not repeat during their studies, students whose parents are unemployed, with low monthly income or recipients of social assistance. The amount of the scholarship is 2,000 denars per month, and it is awarded for 9 months starting from January 2021 year.
In the second category, Municipality of Delchevo awardedува 4 scholarships for full-time students of all study years, except I (first) who study at state universities in RSM and who have achieved particularly high success in their studies, full-time students of technical sciences and medical sciences from all study years except I (first), with continuous success of at least 8.00 and who did not repeat during their studies, full-time students of social sciences and art faculties of all study years, except I (first), with a continuous grade of at least 9.00 and who did not repeat during their studies.The amount of the scholarship is 3,500 denars per month, and it is awarded for 9 months starting from January 2021.
The competition for awarding scholarships is published on the municipal website www.delcevo.gov.mk and the local media. The necessary documents can be submitted by mail and in the Archives of the Municipality of Delchevo every day from 7.30 to 17.30.
