Traditionally in this period of the year and on the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, the Municipality of Delchevo starts decorating the main streets in the city in order to enrich the New Year atmosphere. The decoration with Christmas lights and props is done with the existing New Year decorations, purchased in previous years, because for this 2020 in the Budget of the Municipality of Delchevo all non-productive expenses are reduced, so in that sense, the Budget does not provide funds for New Year decoration of the city.
New Year decorating the streets, buildings and homes, has a special tradition and message, especially at a time like this health crisis, which contributes to encouraging the positive, hope and belief that the new year will write positive pages, and also the youngest, not to shorten their New Year's fairy tale.
